Eiffel Tower : When you go to Paris, seek out La Samaritaine, a department store. They have an excellent rooftop cafe, from which interesting views of Paris may be enjoyed. Most of these pictures were made - if memory serves - from La Samaritaine, using Praktica and Minolta cameras (the exception is, obviously, the closeup of the base of the tower). The images were scanned with a Nikon Coolscan 4000 at 4000 dpi, with flaws in the slides or negatives corrected in Photoshop.
